The work of Food for Greater Elgin is made possible through generous donations from individuals, groups, other nonprofits, and corporate partnerships. Many thanks to those who gave so generously this month!
Subaru of America, through our local partner Brilliance Subaru, contributed $19,500.
St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church contributed over $1,000 and sent two youth groups to FFGE to help sort food, run a distribution and learn about the needs for food in our community.
Second Baptist Church, with whom we have partnered to deliver food to low-income people in their wider community, sent a check for $1,000 to aid our work.
5th 3rd Bank contributed $2,500.
Conagra contributed $10,000 to fund our neighborhood delivery program that brings food to people in low income neighborhoods in the greater Elgin community.
Thank you to these and all of our wonderful partners!
If your organization would like to make a gift or become one of our ongoing Hunger Hero sponsors, email info@ffge.org to find out how.
